By accessing this website and our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use DSE if you do not agree to all of the terms stated on this page.
1.1 Services Provided
DSE provides professional custom embroidery digitizing services, including but not limited to Logo Digitizing, 3D Puff, Cap Digitizing, and Vector conversion. All services are performed manually by our expert team led by our CEO, Hannah Wallace.
1.2 User Accounts & Orders
When you place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information (Design size, fabric type, file format).
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use the logos or artwork they submit for digitizing.
1.3 Pricing & Payment
We offer both flat-rate and stitch-count-based pricing as mentioned in our Pricing Guide.
Payments are processed through 3D secured gateways, including Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal.
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
1.4 Revisions & Refund Policy
Unlimited Free Revisions: We offer unlimited edits to ensure the design runs perfectly on your machine.
Money-Back Guarantee: If we are unable to resolve technical issues after revisions, a full refund will be provided as per our “Iron-Clad Refund Policy.”
1.5 Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, DSE owns the intellectual property rights for the digitized files created. We provide you with a license to use these files for your production needs. We offer Free Design Protection to ensure your custom artwork is not shared with third parties.
1.6 Limitation of Liability
DSE will not be held liable for any damage to garments or embroidery machines resulting from improper use of our files or incorrect machine settings. We recommend a “Test Sew-out” before bulk production.
